Sola Sobowale Instagram – Back to basics. I spent some time with a lovely clay pot maker @cherry_kemi, who showed me how versatile her pots really are. I can make my soups, jollof, stews, ogi and many others.
The real magic behind these handmade clay pots is that they are 100% natural. Unlike modern non-stick pots with chemical coatings, clay pots don’t have those nasty chemicals, they enhance flavour, and even add trace minerals to your food. I cannot wait to start cooking with them.
