Hazel Keech Instagram – There are so many scenes I was in in the years I worked in Harry Potter but my favourite moment was this scene with Dame Maggie Smith, during the rehearsal she tripped and I caught her hand as she did, and she turned to me and said “oh thank you poppet, I almost fell flat on my face!” And gave me the biggest smile. It was in that moment as I was awe-struck by her, I knew the kind of actor I wanted to be, a humble happy person enjoying the joy and the magic of film making even in the biggest of franchises! To her I was just another extra on the sets, but to me, she was a legend growing up in the same place I did and performing her craft everywhere, respectably showing everyone on set her class. Thank you Dame Maggie Smith.
