#saturdaystories & this photo was taken with the intention to keep my sense of humor during another challenging time🤪 Many of you read my #story last Saturday and I have received the most generous messages & well-wishes, so thank you from my heart🙏❤️! I’ve received questions, so I felt it easier to address them here🙏 You know my social media is completely dedicated to my #career so I made a conscious choice to share something #personal as my life has been affected the past few years, which also affects the people I love and my career💔 I am not a victim of my circumstances and I have to work hard each day to not sit in #victimhood 🙏 It is NOT easy, but that is not my story🙌 I diligently do the work of #healing & #thoughtleaders who remind me that “This is not happening TO me, but FOR me!” Grateful acknowledgements, if I may, to @drjoedispenza @realrobwergin @jamiekernlima @melrobbins & I am blessed to have two more in my best friend circle @marilynalauria @voiceofmitra 🙏❤️🙌 Gratitude to my beautiful family and friends all over this wide world🌎 who give me so much love & support🙏❤️ To my unbelievable husband who loves me unconditionally, a #hotmess and whom is my caregiver, as I’m immobilized again for 8-12 weeks with a broken knee #tibia caused by over 3 years of #suffering with #longcovid #postcovidsyndrome revealing #dysautonomia #sjogrenssyndrome #heartdisease and severe shortness of breath💔 Yes #hormonesofstress Dr. Joe!🤪 I also felt compelled to share this, as I hope to inspire🙌 I received messages thanking me for sharing, as they are experiencing the same and doctors don’t always understand🙏 I also hope that people who put so much reality & credibility into #socialmedia will see that it is #appearancevsreality 🙏 We see #fantasy & fabulous… “success”… but most of us are facing challenges & feel a little “broken” at times💔 We are never alone❤️ This #typea #perfectionist #peoplepleaser felt #unlimited for years, even in #pain & #stress 🙌 I’m “broken” again, but #creating healing❤️‍🩹 & my #futureself 🙌 Who will join me?🙏 #brookelewisbellas ❤️ | Posted on 21/Jun/2025 23:23:49
