Claudia Sandoval Instagram – A full circle kind of moment.
At 19 years old, I worked in the reservations department at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, just as the property was opening. I didn’t know exactly where life would take me—I just knew I loved hospitality, food, and making people feel welcome.
This weekend, I walked back through those same doors, not as an employee behind the scenes—but as a featured chef for Celebrate the Craft.
To return to this iconic place in a new role, sharing my food and my voice, was deeply personal and incredibly meaningful.
Grateful for every step that led me back to where it all started.
