When I was deep in prep for my international competition, I was locked in mentally, physically, emotionally.

Real reason for this….I didn’t post much because every ounce of energy was focused on showing up as my best self on stage.💋
Prep isn’t pretty. 🫵🏻
It’s sweat, hunger, sacrifice, tears and still showing up with discipline when motivation fades 😏
You just need to be willing to keep going even when no one is watching 😎
To everyone chasing goals:
You don’t need loud validation.
You need quiet consistency whatever you do 🎯
And remember: Your power is built in the dark, not the spotlight. 💪🏻
