And if you’re going to spend 72 hours on one of the Mediterranean’s most blessedly fertile islands, as many of those hours as possible should involve eating.
Cue meals on yachts, at hidden markets, in volcanic vineyards, and even cooked just for us by Michelin starred chef Pietro d’Agostino, in the villa where Hemingway wrote his first stories.
Food brief achieved, then. And as a bonus, Velocity Black threw in a once-in-a-lifetime helicopter ride over an erupting volcano. Even if they did need a little help from Vulcan, the Roman god of Mount Etna, for the timing of that one.
