Lyndon Smith Instagram – Breast Cancer was not on my bingo card for this year, but the universe had her own cheeky plans. As some of you know, I was diagnosed back in April after a casual feel up ended in me discovering a lump. Yesterday, an incredible team of doctors performed my first of two surgeries, a full double mastectomy, and we will follow up near the end of the year with a second procedure. ⁣⁣

I’m not really the type to post things of this personal nature, but I want to remind all the girlies out there that breast cancer rates are rising hardcore, especially in younger women. I was only 35 when diagnosed. ⁣⁣
