Like Charles and Helen, my husband and I didn’t follow the traditional path. He proposed just 2 weeks into dating, and 4 months later, we were married! 😅
Let’s just say, our first year was a ride 😂
After the ‘I do’s,’ reality hit and we had to really get to know each other. It wasn’t always easy, but we chose peace. We decided that if we were going to spend 50 years together, fighting couldn’t be the norm.
