I had to put a pause on my fitness regime for a while. All the things that I love gym, dance, yoga, EVERYTHING! I kept searching for a fix, getting frustrated, and losing hope. But healing doesn’t follow your timeline. It takes time. It tests your patience. It forces you to sit with stillness. Finally, on my vacation, I tried my first Surya Namaskar in months… and I did a downward dog. I cried. Not because of pain but because I felt whole again. Injuries are like heartbreaks. You think you’ll never get through them… until one day, you do. Time really does heal. ❤️
