For special masala:
~ 1 tbsp dhaniya seeds
~ 1 tbsp jeera
~ 3-4 Sukhi Red chillies
For Pani:
~ 1/2 cup imli
• Soak them into hot water.
~ Coriander leaf
~ Pudina
~ green chilli
~ Garlic
• Grind this well into a fine chutney.
~ Add this in a bowl & then adjust the consistency using water.
~ Red chilli powder
~ Salt
~ Black salt
~ Aamchur powder
~ Chaat masala
~ Jaljeera
~Prepared special masala
~ chopped onions
~ lemon slices & green chillies
~ Boondi
~ chilli flakes & dhaniya
• Mix it well chatpata pani is ready.
For Aloo masala:
~ Boiled Aloo
~ Boiled Chana
~ onions
~ Red chilli powder
~ Black salt
~ salt
~ aamchur powder
~Chaat masala
~ Prepared special masala
~ imli puree & dhaniya
• mix it well & enjoy your chatpatti Panipuri .
