Vaidika laddha Instagram – Dahi Baingan😋💗
~ Baingan
• Cut them as shown in the video & wash them properly.
~ 7-8 Garlic cloves
~ Red chilli powder
~Turmeric powder
~ Aamchur powder
~ Cumin seeds
~ oil
• Make a fine paste of it & add it to the Baingan & mix it well.
• Cook them until they are cooked properly.
For tadka:
~ Cumin seeds
~ mustard seeds
~ curry patta
~ Sukhi Red chilli
~ Chopped onions
~ salt
~ Red chilli powder
• Mix it well & let it cool down.
~ Dahi
• Mix it & add tadka to it & Serve it with rice .
