~ 1.5 cup maida
~ salt
~ Water
• Make a dough & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
For stuffing :
~ finely chopped Cabbage
~ Finely chopped onions
~ Finely chopped carrots
~ Finely chopped garlic
~ Paneer
~ Black pepper powder
~ Salt
~Peri peri masala
For slurry:
~ Maida
~ salt
~ water
•Mix it well & slurry is ready.
• Now roll out the dough & cut it into small circles & make the momos as shown in the video.
~ Cornflakes
• Dip the momos into slurry & coat the momos in cornflakes & Repeat this process for more crunchiness.
•Fry the coated momos in hot oil until they become golden in colour.
• Serve it with mayonnaise & momos chutney.
