Just an appreciation post for my favorite person in the world ❤️❤️❤️ Jo deve rooh nu sakun 😘
Last Sunday I managed to create some core memories! The first Ironman 70.3 in 7 hours 🙌🏽 The 70.3 miles began with a plunge into 17degree water, icy, breath-stealing, forcing me to find calm in the chaos. Stroke after stroke, I learned to make peace with the cold, to surrender to its sting and trust my own rhythm. Then came the bike, 90 relentless kilometers through incessant rain. Each drop was a needle, each gust of wind a test. Roads blurred, clothes clung heavy, but still the wheels turned, not by comfort, but by will. And finally, the run! shivering, body soaked, heart unyielding. With every step I carried not just myself, but every doubt I’d ever silenced, every fear I’d ever outrun. When I crossed the finish line, it wasn’t just the end of a race. It was a conversation with the storm, with the cold, with the part of me that once wondered if I was strong enough. And the answer was written in sweat, rain, and unshakable faith : I am!!

We’re thrilled to welcome such a strong Indian community to the IRONMAN Tallinn Triathlon Festival. 🇮🇳 With more than 80 athletes from India joining us this weekend, it feels truly incredible. 💥 ✨ Thank you all for being here! And a special thanks to @milindrunning and @ankita_earthy – it was such a pleasure meeting you both! ❤️
Do you like the reflection you see in the mirror? If you’re asked to name your favorite people on earth, how long does it take you to name yourself? Self love is a constant conscious practice. No it doesn’t necessarily mean what brands have marketed and made us believe about their various products. It’s a feeling that comes from within packed with self realization and self growth. It comes from becoming the version we once only could imagine. It comes from the decisions we make and our strength to stand by them. The moment we learn to stand up for ourselves and not judge ourselves for the lessons we were meant to learn, self love slowly sprouts with acceptance. Acceptance of the reality that our lives are precious and we are coded with the same magic as the stars! #selflove #mondaymood
