I recently had the opportunity to speak on @inbetweenfest stage about the art of presence and pausing.
Life has shown me, in so many beautiful and unexpected ways, the power of slowing down and truly appreciating the moment. I am committed to taking in every breath, every experience, with deep gratitude. The simple yet profound act of pausing ,of breathing more deeply, has made this possible for me.
Whatever I’ve been through, whoever has come into my life or left, whatever has happened or not happened, all of it has carried me closer to home.
And home, I’ve come to understand, is not a place.
Home is where my heart is at rest and open to receive.
When we lose our sense of direction in life, we must return home. And home is a choice.
A sacred, intentional return to the heart.

@betweeneast and its founder, Lena, are creating something truly meaningful for the community. I’m so proud of her and the team for building a space where we can gather, learn from one another, and share wisdom across cultures.

زندگی بارها و بارها به من نشون داده که چطور با آهسته کردن و قدردانی از لحظه، می‌تونم زیبایی عمیق‌تری رو تجربه کنم. من تمام تلاشم رو می‌کنم که هر لحظه از زندگی‌ام رو با آگاهی و شکرگزاری بپذیرم.
همین مکث کردن ساده، همین نفس عمیق کشیدن، دروازه‌ای شد برای پذیرفتن این همه.
هر چی که پشت سر گذاشتم، هر کی که اومد یا نیومد، هر چی که اتفاق افتاد یا نیفتاد ، همه‌ش من رو قدم به قدم به سمت خونه‌م برد و فهمیدم که خونه یک مکان نیست.
خونه جاییه که قلبم در آرامشه، در حالت دریافت و پذیرش.
وقتی حس می‌کنیم در زندگی گم شدیم، وقتشه که برگردیم خونه. و خونه یک انتخابه. یک برگشت آگاهانه و مقدس به قلب خودمون.
وقتی مکث می‌کنیم و اجازه می‌دیم دریافت درونمون فعال بشه، این حس خونه بودن گسترش پیدا می‌کنه و من افتخار دارم که این پیام رو با هر کسی که سر راهم قرار می‌گیره به اشتراک بذارم.
