✨ S E L F C A R E D A Y ✨ 🧚 My morning musts: Coffee – cos DUH. Creatine – benefits include exercise performance, muscle gain and cognitive function. TMW Longevity Essential – my new obsession! Amazing for inflammation, mood, cellular health, digestive health and so much more ✨ 🧚First stop was Squeeze for a deep tissue massage where Andrea rocked my world. For me this is about lowering stress and anxiety while also reducing muscle tension. I don’t stretch nearly enough so I need someone to get in there to increase blood flow and break up that tight tissue 🫠 🧚Next stop Pause for some red light therapy. Perfect for inflammation, muscle recovery, hair growth, and better MOOD 🙌 This was my first LED light bed experience which is supposed to stimulate collagen producing cells. Don’t know if it did but it sure was relaxing 😎 🧚 Then off to Erewhon (cos I was feeling particularly bougie) for a Cowboy Cold Brew (it was delicious, I ain’t gonna lie but like…… $11?!) ☕️💸 🧚Lastly, what even is a self care day if it doesn’t end with puppy love?
