✅ Jeera water every morning
Helps with bloating, digestion & boosts metabolism.
✅ 5-ingredient detox drink all day
Jeera saunf methi ajwain tulsi — supports lactation & fat loss.
✅ No dieting — just clean nutrition
More ghar ka khana, fewer random snacks. Food is fuel.
✅ Protein is non-negotiable
At least 1g protein per kg of body weight. I relied on:
• Paneer
• Moong dal
• Eggs
• Sattu
• Whey protein (if needed)
✅ Sleep whenever possible
Even broken sleep is better than none. Your body needs that healing time.
✅ Move your body
Walk with baby, stretch, dance — kuch bhi karo, but move.
✅ Let go of stress
Stress = stubborn weight. Even 10 mins of “me time” helped me a lot.
✅ Warm oil belly massage
Sounds old school but works! Improves circulation & skin firmness.
