Lena Dunham Instagram – My dearest friend @pokeacupuncture came to NYC for 5 weeks to make sure I was eating my vegetables (just kidding, he was taking a much needed break to write and dream because he’s a healer and healers deserve a break, but he did also wake me up most mornings and help select my shoes.) He left this morning and I’m singing the blues.
Life is big and long and sometimes it’s lonely- but being known is the sweetest feeling there is. Loving and being loved is the only thing we’ve got for certain. Being able to be a broken record and having a pal who still wants to play you.
Russ, I’ve loved you since I spotted you across a crowded room in WeHo 13 years ago. We can be so stupid and so smart together, so silly and so serious, so different and so alike. We take turns being the metronome and the crazy electric guitar solo.
Thank you for taking my least favorite season and making me wish it would never end.
