The Supreme Court’s removal order will not solve overpopulation, rabies, or bite cases. It will only cause cruelty, chaos, and more dogs on the streets later.
The solution already exists: mass sterilisation, rabies vaccination, shutting down illegal breeders, and using ABC funds transparently. The law (ABC Rules 2023) is clear. The money is there. The responsibility lies with State & Central Governments but only public pressure will make them act.

Keeping the streets safe means keeping the wild on the streets sterilised, vaccinated, and cared for not thrown into shelters to die.
