Forget about heaven or some magical afterlife; believing in that stuff just brings hope, and hope locks you into always waiting around for some deeper meaning. Instead, the absurd hero sees reality exactly as it is, no sugarcoating, just accepting all the nonsense. They turn their back on clocks, long-ass lines, mindless routines, dumb uniforms, national anthems, and all the stupid rules cooked up by cranky old people. They couldn’t care less about being admired or loved. They’re all in for the freedom found in meaninglessness and zero expectations.
