We’ve had the privilege of supporting the Lambros as they gear up for their next mind-blowing challenge: running the entire length of the United Kingdom — 1,000 miles, 38 marathons, in just 35 days — all in support of raising £250,000 for Cancer Research UK. This isn’t their first rodeo, in 2024 they ran from Brisbane to Melbourne (that’s 1,700km!) to support mental health — and now they’re going global.
At STRONG Frankston, we’ve been helping them recover strong with tools like the cold plunge, compression boots, and sauna — essential for keeping their bodies primed and their minds clear through intense back-to-back training. We’re proud to have them in our space and behind such powerful causes.
