Join me at Little Farms Los Angeles for a super intimate evening of connection. I’ll guide you through a inspired meditation accompanied by my music, and then we can sip on herbal tonics on the farm grounds and savor a 3-course Ayurvedic meal designed to balance the vata, pitta, and kapha doshas (curated by @innergarden ).
We want you to leave with a full heart, a farm-made candle, and maybe a new way of thinking about food as medicine 🙂
