Aashna Hegde Instagram - 8th Dec 2025 🤍 the day I got to marry the love of my life TWICE!

Growing up I didn’t really believe in the institution of marriage. I never dreamed of having a wedding, never thought about a wedding lehenga but I’ve always dreamed of finding my person - my happily ever after!
& my husband is everything I could wish for!
I don’t think it has really sunk in yet but my heart is so full that now I get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend!

we spent so much time deciding what it should look & when I saw the finished results, it literally looked like a page from a storybook. I loved the idea of us walking towards our forever, it just turned out so beautifully 🤌🏻

had such an amazing time designing these with Prajna & Jannia from @sorellesl ✨ honestly the sweetest girls!!!

loved the soft makeup so that it didn’t take away attention from the hair, outfit & jewellery!

For hair @dollaypop and her team had the brilliant idea to have the mogra in the shape of a crescent moon - to mimic the moon from the night of the Roka ✨

And the earrings, which I in particular was confused about to begin with. We decided to take a call after seeing pictures of both earrings - AND once I saw the long earrings in pictures, I couldn’t change my mind!!

this look is extra special, it turned out better than I imagined.

Aashna Hegde Instagram - DELHI POA : lehengas, butter chicken & coffee

spent the past few days taking a trip to Delhi, on a personal mission to finalise all of my wedding looks. Our 3 day trip had to be extended because there’s so many options and so little time. I realised that a lot of the looks I liked would qualify as wedding-guest looks lol - which brings me to my question - why do brides have to wear such heavy stuff?
I had to really look for things that felt like me & I might sound crazy but I wanted to prioritise being comfortable too. Obviously so excited to see it all come together now. I was stressed that I would come back home with nothing finalised but the good news is - THE OUTFIT HAS BEEN CHOSEN 🥰
