Let’s be real — if you’re really worried about the feelings of plants, the best thing you can do is go vegan. Why? Because animal agriculture kills way more plants. It takes up to 16 kilos of grain to produce just 1 kilo of beef. That’s a whole lot of screaming carrots. 🥕🔇

Plants don’t have a central nervous system, a brain, or pain receptors. That spinach didn’t cry when you cut it. But the cow? She did.
This isn’t about perfection, it’s about reducing harm.
