I kept learning fun, simple, and consistent, and it worked! Here’s exactly what we did: 🔹 Posters – Having shapes visible every day helped with subconscious learning. He saw them constantly, and they became familiar without pressure. 🔹 Physical Shapes – Letting him touch and explore different shapes made learning hands-on and interactive. This helped him connect the name of the shape to something real. 🔹 Shape Songs – Music makes everything stick! Catchy songs reinforced shape names in a fun and engaging way. (and yes, they’re now stuck in my head forever 😅). 🔹 Flashcards – Quick and easy repetition made a huge difference! Flashcards turned learning into a little game, and he loved the challenge. My last acting project was 3 years ago. How lucky am I to come back to it and film along side these 2 wonderful people. I worked with @j.jaikishan in a show called LifeSpam yeeeeeaaaaars ago. (Maybe 2012?) And @rozpho we worked on an HBO show called SENT in 2016. It’s so wonderful to know that despite the many years in between, we are all still in the industry hustling hard. Being an Artist in Singapore can get tough, and sometimes it’s difficult to remind ourselves why we do it. But when I’m surrounded with people like these and we get to enjoy the set life together, I remember why I’ll never give up Acting. ❤️
