I’m saddened by what is happening in our country. So many of us grew up hearing: “If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” Yet somewhere along the way—especially once social media became the town square, that wisdom and courtesy was lost. The Buddha said: “If you propose to speak, always ask yourself, is it true, is it necessary, is it kind?” Imagine how different our conversations could be if we lived by that simple rule. Let’s change the tone, listen more deeply, and look for places to connect. Because if we lose our shared humanity, what are we even fighting for? ❤️ #ChooseKindness
