In my Guru Gibson mode 🧘 and unapologetically resting because I have the luxury to do so after quite going 3X the speed that my being was happy with, especially this past year. I’m still quietly working away but trying to be as real as possible with myself about the pace. Can anyone relate ?!?

It’s learning new habits constantly for all of us high output full on intensity peeps ! It can feel uncomfortable to do less and just let yourself be. I always make the disclaimer that I do not have human dependents which adds a freedom to my life. But, I am accountable to and responsible for many people and a business. I think the universal feeling and message is one that we can all connect through. I am trying to break the cycle of always “recovering” from the things that bring me joy. Looking for ways to do it all better.
