Eliza Sam Instagram – Just kidding jaaa… nowadays (especially in this weird weather) I find that I get tired really easily, and the more tired I am, the easier it is to become lazy (as a 宅女, trust me- I can stay at home for days🤡)
So I’m trying to push myself out of my own comfort zone a little at a time, to show up for myself and more consistently🦾. Because if I can get stronger and healthier, then I can have more energy, and be able to take better care of my family too🤍.
