As President of Women in Film and Television Kenya, she brings decades of experience in creative leadership, education, and organisational change. From producing acclaimed works like Shanga and Mama Duka to shaping talent through the MultiChoice Talent Factory East Africa, Njoki has built an ecosystem where creativity meets strategy.
She has shaped policy as a former Commissioner of the Kenya Film Commission, led industry training at Durban Filmmart, CcHub, and Africa No Filter, and brought storytelling excellence to festivals, awards, and broadcast platforms across the continent.
With over 35 years in consultancy and 22 years in film and TV, Njoki merges artistic excellence with institutional rigor—leading with clarity, vision, and a deep commitment to gender equity and African identity.
As she joins fellow Presidents from Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, and Cameroon, Njoki Muhoho brings both legacy and foresight to this landmark leadership session at the Women in Film and TV Africa Conference.
