These aren’t nightmare scenarios – we’ve lived that reality in California.
Two massive spills have already scarred our coast, each one bringing devastating economic and environmental consequences. From closed beaches and empty hotels to suspended fishing operations, each disaster struck at the heart of our coastal economy, causing millions in damages to local communities. The wildlife toll has been horrific, with thousands of seabirds and marine animals killed.
And now, history could repeat itself thanks to the reckless greed of Sable Offshore Corp. They are racing to restart the pipeline, which has been shut off since the last massive spill in 2015.
The scary part? Experts say using this pipeline could cause:

⚠️ Spills nearly twice the size of the 2015 disaster
