At Zylus, Corporate Social Responsibility isn’t just a duty, it’s our commitment to impact and excellence.
In line with the vision of our GCEO @oluwatosin.olatujoye to build not just homes but also enable sustainable communities, we embarked on the construction of over 2,000-meters road in Eleranigbe community, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos just one month ago, and today the project has improved connectivity and quality of life of residents of the community.
The Federal Government had earlier commenced the rehabilitation of about 600 meters of the community road and building on this effort, Zylus took the initiative further by financing and completing with other stakeholders an additional stretch of over 2,000 meters, and the swift delivery in only about a month reflects our dedication to giving communities the very best, while opening doors to new opportunities for growth and development.
Residents are already enjoying smoother mobility, businesses are seeing new prospects, and Eleranigbe is fast emerging as a prime real estate destination along the Lekki-Epe Expressway.
This road project further positions Zylus as a leading real estate company committed to nation-building, while demonstrating how effective partnerships between government and the private sector can drive meaningful development at the grassroots level.
At Zylus, we don’t just promise, we deliver with speed, excellence, and impact. 💎🏡
