Do y’all remember when i started a series of beetroot remedies back in 2022-23 & y’all LOVED those videos way too much, so i decided to create a 3 Step Beetroot Facial that’ll brighten your skin while making it super softtt!🤌🏻
Beetroot Scrub –
2 tbsp dahi (curd)
2 tbsp beetroot juice (freshly grated & strained)
1 tbsp rice flour
Beetroot Mask –
2 tbsp Besan (gram flour)
3 tbsp beetroot juice (quantity can be adjusted)
1 tbsp aloe vera gel (store bought)
Lip Scrub – (in container)
2 tbsp sugar ( quantity can be adjusted)
1 tbsp beetroot juice
1 tbsp honey
Shelf Life – 7 days in refrigerator
Please Note – If you have an oily/ Acne Prone Skin, then I recommend AVOIDING any Dairy products in Skincare, eg- avoid curd in the face scrub. Can replace it with aloe vera gel or something of a similar texture!
