Every time I have lost a pet a cat or a dog. I have lost a part of me. Coming back to Mumbai and not finding Cookie waiting for me, to feed him and pet him, is extremely heartbreaking. Now, going down to feed the building cats feels heavy, because my eyes keep searching for my baby boy who used to come running at my one whistle for his favorite gravy food. He was quite a high-maintenance cat, but I didn’t mind. He was playful and it was his playfulness that took his life. Now, whenever I feed the other cats, who are equally my babies, my eyes still look for him , for the way he used to sit there, or rub his high tail against my legs. I’m writing this with a very heavy heart because I want it to go down in my memory lane, so that whenever I look back in life, Cookie will always remain a part of me. I miss him deeply. Sometimes you can’t even express the loss you feel inside, because everyone around u expects your best “happy behavior.” Everyone on social media finds such posts “negative.” But imagine, this is my life, and I’m going through a deep pain of losing someone I truly loved. I only wish that all my other cats and dogs stay safe, happy, and healthy. DARK NIGHT In Human Existance. hearing & slaughtering of Dogs in the name of Sterlisation centre. This is what we waited for from SC to hear from? Where are you now? Who will bring back these dogs.
