It’s that time of the yearrr, planning liburan 🤩 Banyak yang tanya kan, kalo mau liburan apa yang disiapin? Mengurus anjing sampai besar dan tua itu ngga mudah.. Ternyata begitu tiba saatnya mereka sakit, waktu, tenaga dan emosi kita terkuras untuk merawat mereka… Kalau kalian punya anabul atau binatang peliharaan, tolong sayangi sampai akhir ya… Jangan sampai di akhir hidup mereka merasa sendiri dan dibuang begitu saja.. Penyesalan selalu datangnya belakangan, hari ini aku nyesal ngga lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu sama Kodi disaat dia masih kuat dan lincah.. Heraaan deh kalau mau ngonten masak bareng suami isinya malah bercanda muluuu.. Jadi aku share lengkapnya di caption yaaa. Oiya ini bisa untuk 4 porsi yaa 🥰 Bahan untuk Kuah Kaldu: – 1/2 kg Sumsum tulang sapi – 1 batang Seledri – 6 siung Bawang Putih geprek – Lada – Garam – Minyak Wijen Bahan untuk topping Ayam Kecap: – 2 tbsp Minyak – 6 siung Bawang Putih cincang – 1/2 ruas Jahe cincang – 6 buah Jamur Kancing – 1/2 kg Dada Ayam Boneless (potong dadu) – 2 tbsp Kecap Asin – 2 tbsp Saus Tiram – 1 batang Daun Bawang (iris lalu pisahkan bagian putih dan hijau) – Lada – 2 tbsp Kecap Inggris – 2 tbsp Kecap Manis – Air – Garam Bumbu Racikan: – 1 tsp Kecap Asin – 1 tsp Minyak Wijen – 1/2 tsp Kecap Manis (selera, kalau mau lebih manis bisa tambahkan lagi) – Lada secukupnya Bahan Pelengkap (optional): – Bakso Sapi – Pangsit Ayam Rebus – Keripik Pangsit Goreng – Sawi Hijau – Sambal Rebus (Rebus cabai lalu blender) Cara Masak: Step 1 – Kuah Kaldu Buat kuah kaldu, dengan memasukan air matang dan sumsum tulang sapi. Masukan juga seledri dan bawang putih. Tutup dan tunggu hingga mendidih. Setelah mendidih bisa masukan garam, minyak wijen, dan lada. Step 2 – Topping Ayam Kecap Tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai harum lalu masukan jamur. Setelah jamur setengah matang, masukan ayam. Bumbui dengan kecap asin dan saus tiram, setelah itu masukan potongan daun bawang bagian putihnya. Masak ayam hingga berubah warna, lalu bumbui dengan kecap inggris, kecap manis, garam dan masukan daun bawang bagian hijau. Setelah bumbu merata berikan air. Tambahkan air lagi jika terlalu kering. Step 3 – Racik Mie Ayam Siapkan mangkok, masukan kecap asin, minyak wijen lada dan kecap manis. Masukan Mie Ayam yang sudah direbus lalu aduk bumbu hingga rata. Masukan toping ayam kecap, sawi hijau yang sudah direbus, bakso, pangsit rebus, keripik pangsit dan sambal. Tapi kalian bisa sesuaikan dengan selera ya Enjoy your Mie Ayam Yamin!
