How I’ve been training for the Amazing Race. This will be my 6th tv show so I have taken everything I’ve learned over the years and started training heavy. I have dedicated almost a year of hard work, workouts, studying, learning so I want to apologize to all my friends and family I haven’t been responding to I have been so hyper focused and determined to give this competition my all.
