Recently, I found out that I have hypothyroidism. At first, it felt overwhelming—suddenly there’s this condition I have to manage, and it made me question so much about myself and my health. Now i am learning something important that my trainer @radzsundar told me today that life is still here, in this moment, do whatever makes you less uncomfortable for me if that means getting clothes couple of sizes bigger,but the key is to be aware and do the things that will help my condition which means change of diet and doing regular exercise and not sit around and wait for a miracle.. simply put letting myself not feel guilt.
