We are all in 2025 but the patriarchy is so deep rooted that even today majority of the people believe that a female is just a fathers or husbands property without any free will of her own. Even today the women need “permission” to study or to do a job. Even today most of the men think that the place of a female is in the kitchen cooking and giving birth to children.
I, consciously choose to raise my voice against this mindset and not cower in fear of what my friends or followers will think about me. I am doing my part as a female and a mother of a girl child to pave way for changes for the future generations of women to come.
Feminism isn’t about the freedom to just get drunk on table tops on weekends but to question the basic mindset and roots that have treated women like cattle or furniture!
I hope that in few generations females find their own place in the universe and are no longer killed just for being born a female either in the womb or for honour killings or dowry deaths 🙏 | Posted on 12/Sep/2025 11:14:00
