I want to share my story with you. As someone who supports plus-size people, I never thought I’d struggle with my own weight journey. But here’s the thing: everyone’s journey is unique.
I went from a size 0 to 64kgs, and it was heartbreaking. The journey was tough, but I learned so much about myself. Now, I’m working harder to reach my goal of 50kgs, even when it feels like I’m stuck at 59kgs.
Postpartum depression and anxiety hit me hard, but I’m ready to take control of my journey. I want to inspire others to do the same.
Let’s focus on progress, not perfection. Let’s celebrate every small victory, and let’s support each other on our unique journeys.
