Story time – During my pregnancy everyone kept telling me dont workout, eat for two people, rest karo, don’t go out, eat ghee…. Etc etc ect… I’m sure aap logo ko bhi yea bola hoga. But I didn’t listen to anyone. I knew that if I wanna stay healthy, if I wanna have a normal delivery, if I wanna be fit for my baby…. I have to do everything which I feel is right…. Everyone’s body is different. I have been working out for a very long time. And just because I got pregnant doesn’t mean that I should just rest. Yes I did speak to my doc before taking any decision. And yes I took extra precautions. But in the end I knew what is good for my body…. This video is only to motivate girls out there who are forced to belive that being pregnant means being on bed all the time…. No, it doesn’t. You need to be active so that your postpartum weight goes away or even if you put on a little weight you would be sure that you can shed it off….
