70 mts is the requirement. But I did 87.5 mts
It’s only my third or fourth time ever trying this ‘swimming underwater for Freediving training’ . I really didn’t think that I would go that far 😁
And I’ve never been a good swimmer. I’ve only been practising the last few months in the pool, to try to swim 20 laps continuously. So this feels quite big for me 😊
