I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer!!!!!!
I will not stop screaming it from the rooftops not only because it was such a hard course but because I actively chose to go get this certification amongst the craziness of life and work. And I’m just so proud of myself for finishing when at times I wanted to just give up!
We can do HARD THINGS! Heck yesss! 💪🏾 God’s so stinkin good!
