INSPIRATION I was inspired my Miley Cirus at last year’s Grammy’s to finally get my ish together. She mentioned that it’s all due to Pilates so NATURALLY I started Reformer Pilates too. She looked so lean and feminine and I decided I wanted to look like that too instead of this five to butch thing that I have been when I train too hard and do too much. The last time I was truly happy with my body was 2020 at carnival in Trinbago 🇹🇹 I’ve decided I want to go back next year for carnival so my training starts NOW for Feb 2026. Join me in training if you want to BUT don’t forget that all these holidays coming up and the cold weather CAN and often DO sabotage our goals. I fast daily and eat after noon. The later the better. I am back to my green juice and I eat a lot of protein. OUR GOALS ARE VALID🫶🏾 PS THIS is my favourite piece of gym wear in the world and I want to ask infront of all our witnesses to have these available in many different colours 😩🙈🙆🏽♀️🤞🏾🤣 @exhalephysics

NATIONAL ARTS FESTIVAL I am home in Makhanda. Last night I had the honour of hosting the opening of the Literature Festival and fascilitated a very passionate panel discussion with my hero’s and fellow authors Dr John Kani and Dr John Makhetha. I am fulfilled to say the least. STARTING OVER AGAIN So I visited the kingdom of eSwatini this last week for some work and play with dear friends. Some of them invited me to a session to train not knowing how much I have let my self go. INTENTIONALLY. It’s been a hard year. Suffering deep losses every month this year up until May starting with my first love. I haven’t been myself. I’ve lost confidence. Don’t want to be around people. I’m out of shape and as you can see visibly unfit compared to where I’m used to being. My brothers held me up and reminded me of what I can do. Thank you so much for your love. I’m going to get back into a routine and give myself what I love….fitness and health. To starting over.
