I have spent the weekend in Zimbabwe in Harare and Kudu Creek Farm with @flo.urishwomenswellness hosted by @zingisas for CAMP HOPE which is transformation wellness retreat.
A beautiful weekend, spent with inspiring women from different walks of life. We had presentations from experts representing different faculties in wellness who shared their expertise on how we can become the best versions of ourselves that we can be.
We bonded through laughter and tears and through genuine, deep conversations.
Here’s to more yoga at sunrise, pilates at sunset, delicious food and great retreats in our future.
