Vaidika laddha Instagram – Mirchi Dahi 😋💗
~ 1 kg green chillies
• Wash & cut them properly as shown in the video.
~ Salt
~ Turmeric powder
For masala:
~ 2 tbsp mustard seeds
~ 2 tbsp jeera
~ 2 tbsp whole dhaniya seeds
~ 2 tbsp saunf
• Roast them in a pan until they become golden & grind them in a coarse masala.
~ Red chilli powder
~ prepared masala
For tadka:
~ Oil
~ 1 tbsp jeera
~ 1 tbsp mustard seeds
~ Garlic
~ pinch of hing
• Add tadka into the chillies & mis it well.
~ Dahi
• After mixing dahi , serve it with parathas , chapatis or any other bread.
