Vaidika laddha Instagram – Baingan Bharta💗😋
~Baingan
~ 4 -5 garlic cloves
• Cut the baingan as shown in the video & insert garlic into it.
• Roast it as shown in the video & after that remove it’s skin & smash it
~ 1 tbsp jeera
~ 1 tbsp mustard seeds
~ 2 tbsp Garlic chilli paste
~ 2 cups chopped onions
• Roast them until they become golden brown in color.
~ 2 cups chopped tomatoes
~ Salt
~ 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
~ 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
~ 1 tbsp Coriander powder
~ 1/2 tbsp garam masala
~ 1/2 tbsp Aamchur powder
• Add baingan to it & mix it well & garnish it with some coriander leaves.
• Serve it hot with some chapattis Or parathas.
