~Oil
~ 1 tbsp cumin seeds
~ 1 tbsp mustard seeds
~ 2 tbsp chilli garlic paste
~ chopped onions
• Saute them well until they become golden brown in colour.
~ Tomato puree
~ chopped tomato
~ salt
~ turmeric powder
~ red chilli powder
~ Aamchur powder
~ garam masala
~ kasuri methi
•Mix it well & cook it until oil gets separated.
~ 1/2 cup dahi
• Mix & cook it well & adjust the consistency.
~ Sev
• Garnish it with some dhaniya & enjoy with roti , parantha or any bread .
