Yumna Al-Arashi Instagram – Little baby me with my first ever big boy camera in Sana’a with my cousin and uncle in 2008. This was such a wild moment for me, to have such a professional camera in the landscape I wanted to share with the world and be taken seriously for what I did. I was so excited that I could finally take “good” photos after so many years with cameras that were probably absolutely fine but I somehow felt were insufficient because I was surrounded by bros with far less talent who convinced me otherwise.
