Introducing the @aishajambo – Assistant Director, she jumped in after Thiago had to leave the production, and it was such a blessing to have her on board!
Actress with a degree in Dance from UFRJ and training at CBM and Intrépida Trupe. She began her theater career in 1999 with Café Satie: Memórias de um Amnésico by Stella Miranda and toured 20 cities in the Northeast with the children’s musical Agora é Tempo.
A multidisciplinary artist, she studied at Casa Poema, created and performed in Malaika e o Mundo dos Sentidos (2018), and acted in Solano, Vento Forte Africano (2019). Founder of Jambo Produções, she created Mercedes, in pre-production with SECEC/RJ support. In 2024, she performed in and co-produced A Desmontagem da Escravidão, also funded by SECEC/RJ.
In film, she appeared in over 15 productions, including Orfeu by Cacá Diegues, featuring the largest Black cast of Brazil’s Cinema Revival, earning nominations and awards for Neguinho e Alemão.
On TV, she stood out as Naomi in Malhação (2000), breaking stereotypes. She starred in Natália (2011) and acted in Cabocla (Troféu Raça Negra nominee), Alma Gêmea, Os Dez Mandamentos, Hoje é Dia (2024) and A Divisão (2025).
