Alona Tal Instagram – 80 years ago Auschwitz was liberated. This factory of death, a time in our Jewish history that lives in my dna for eternity. I got to come back here with my family in what I see as a peaceful act of defiance to the growing wave of antisemitism in today’s society. I visited the barracks Block that my grandmother was forced to share with thousands of other Jewish women. A place she managed to survive. We lit memory candles for the countless lives lost.
