I am all to happy to celebrate and say thank you to the Black queer community for their contribution in our culture, and well the world really. Not just in the beauty and fashion spaces, but the love, protection, and support they’ve shown me is unmatched. Not to mention the way they have fought to be themselves authentically in a world that was not set up for them to thrive, it’s inspiring and admirable. That joy IS a protest. That’s activism!
