Since the start of this year I have been falling sick pretty often. The air quality in Mumbai has been terrible which makes things worse for anyone with allergies. Frustrated, I took off to the mountains for an ayurvedic detox and clean air. I’ve come back feeling so much better —physically and mentally (emotional and physical wellness are interconnected).
Nature heals and we need to do what we can to protect our environment. Clean air is already a luxury in urban India. Can you imagine a world without birdsong? Cause we are headed there.
